Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing, or any other relevant field
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the food or consumer products sector

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have an excellent command of common software including Office (Excel, and PowerPoint), Nielsen, and Oracle

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide consistent, valuable, and energetic sales representation service to all customers in their territory
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and coordinate sales activities to maximize the business volume of the company’s products
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain excellent business relationships with the management team of each store to achieve common objectives
  • The candidates should be able to maximize the distribution and profitability of products in their territory using available tools
  • The candidates should be able to manage assigned clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • The candidates should be able to maintain adequate account coverage based on the visit cycle and ensure monitoring of promotions and compliance with commercial agreements
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate the necessary promotional support for each assigned account when applicable
  • The candidates should be able to present business reviews to decision-makers for agreement monitoring and propose opportunities for improvement to achieve common objectives
