Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Point of sale system
Credentials:Â Serving It Right Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in cold/refrigerated environments and be capable of working effectively in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to concentrate and perform effectively in noisy work environments, be willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions, and be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, have experience in handling heavy loads, and be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding job, able to stand for extended periods as necessary for the role, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, and capable of handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their job responsibilities

- The candidates should prioritize client satisfaction and demonstrate a strong focus on meeting client needs, possess efficient interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues, and exhibit excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms, describe menu items including daily specials, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections, balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, describe and advise on wine selection, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, serve food and beverages, take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service
