Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Candidates should have typically between 2 – 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide high-quality sales and service to Trust & Estate clients to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • The candidates should be able to provide technical expertise for all aspects of Trust & Estate account management and administration to ensure compliance
  • The candidates should be able to work collaboratively within the branch and the regional team as part of the client/relationship management solution
  • The candidates should be able to identify and make referrals to other business groups as appropriate
  • The candidates should be able to assist in preparing new business proposals or presentations to clients/prospects based upon their needs
  • The candidates should be able to develop a rapport and instill confidence with the client to develop credibility as a member of the client/relationship team
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of integrated services and offerings, with a focus on Trust and Estate products and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and execute specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives, including tracking metrics and milestones
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives
  • The candidates should be able to perform set up & maintenance of Trust & Estate accounts ensuring all compliance requirements are met within acceptable time frames
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the timely and accurate processing of trade order management activities
  • The candidates should be able to support in audits and compliance reviews as assigned
  • The candidates should be able to identify and escalate all irregularities and discrepancies to management
  • The candidates should be able to perform sales & service support activities as required to meet client needs and maintain overall service levels
  • The candidates should be able to provide administrative support to team members and relationship managers that includes financial reports, asset & account reconciliation, compliance, trade activity, posting, fee collection, and other related activities; ensuring proper documentation and administration decisions.
  • The candidates should be able to meet high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth
  • The candidates should be able to develop rapport and instill confidence with the client to develop credibility and earn their trust
  • The candidates should be able to follow through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure safeguarding customers’ assets, maintaining their privacy, acting in their best interests, and ensuring an effectively run function
  • The candidates should be able to protect the Bank’s assets and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements
  • The candidates should be able to complete complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees
  • The candidates should be able to analyze issues and determine next steps
