Requirements:

- The candidate should be able to demonstrate basic cybersecurity knowledge and knowledge transfer with senior management, the team, other technical areas, and business units
- The candidate should be able to apply best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- The candidate should be able to maintain knowledge and understanding of external development, engineering, and emerging solutions, market conditions, and their impact
- The candidate should be able to proactively identify emerging technologies and innovative solutions for building more robust Communication Surveillance solutions
- The candidate should be able to continuously enhance knowledge or expertise and keep current with emerging industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the external market that can contribute to delivering effective client solutions
- The candidates should have experience with cloud technologies and architectures and in minor scripting related to data types and interfaces XML, CSV, EML and API would be a plus
- The candidates should possess experience with various electronic communication platforms and data types
- The candidates should have experience with analytical concepts such as databases, indexes, lexicons, scenarios, and models
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to leverage deep technology expertise in communication surveillance to deliver and ensure that various technologies, tools, processes, and documentation required are available to effectively execute on the business’s monitoring objectives and regulatory mandates and execute on the Engineering strategy related to the introduction of tools and the automation of build, test, release, and configure activities across all related technologies and systems
- The candidate should be able to ensure operationally that solutions integrate with appropriate enterprise-based tools and processes as part of automated/self-serve Application, Platform, or Infrastructure releases and work with partners across Technology and apply an in-depth understanding of relevant business needs to identify and leverage synergies across various areas
- The candidate should be able to work with other teams to implement best practices for engineering and management and act as the expert or lead innovator and agent of change for the programs and services under management and work with vendor platform providers and engineering peers to stay abreast of trends, products, frameworks, and applications
- The candidate should be able to interpret client needs, assess engineering-related requirements, and identify solutions to non-standard requests and identify and effectively manage stakeholder engagement and impacts across the enterprise and monitor and control costs within their own work
- The candidate should be able to develop and contribute to negotiations of third-party contracts or agreements and interact with governance and control groups regulatory or operational risk, compliance, audit to provide subject matter expertise and consult on risk issues or items related to Engineering technology and tools
- The candidate should be able to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the business unit and team and work effectively as a team, supporting other members in achieving business objectives and providing client services
- The candidate should be able to configure applications to meet requirements and ensure data quality and completeness and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and efficiency and train end-users on how to use applications and interpret the data generated
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data strategy, governance, and integration principles and liaise with other business and technology teams to assess and assign risk and follow up on issues identified during the review of communications and prepare metrics and reporting related to the applicability and effectiveness of the program
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate familiarity with Behavox, Smarsh, Global Relay, Theta Lake, and Mobius vendor solutions and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained and troubleshoot problems using tools and routine procedures; escalate as appropriate
- The candidate should be able to document procedures, architectural blueprints, and testing methodologies and execute scheduled maintenance routines in accordance with standard procedures and manage their own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines and support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork, ensuring timely communication of issues or points of interest
