Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify automation opportunities that ensure process optimization and boost the efficiency of operations
- The candidates should be able to develop office automation solutions to simplify existing processes and improve data quality
- The candidates should be able to design and improve work tools aimed at simplifying and standardizing operational tasks and implement quality control processes to manage risks while complying with business rules and meeting compliance requirements
- The candidates should be able to work directly with IT teams on integrating solutions and adapting them to regulatory changes and/or changes resulting from ideas for improvements involving operational platforms for tax slips
- The candidates should be able to help transform and advance IT and operational practices and encourage their adoption among team members and contribute to advancing a culture of simplification and enhancing the digital skills of team members
- The candidates should be able to collect and analyze data and statistics to produce reports with periodic performance indicators that will aid in making decisions (volumes, efforts, estimates and forecasts)
- The candidates should be able to create presentations for periodic information sessions for team members and the management committee
- The candidates should be able to participate in user testing and activities involving production and reconciling discrepancies
- The candidates should be able to serve as a resource person for follow-up on technical incidents, both internal and with external partners, as well as for requests to improve office automation tools and macros
