  • The candidates should be able to implement communication standards across a portfolio of programs, ensuring clear, consistent messaging with executives and key partners to facilitate alignment and transparency
  • The candidates should be able to establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and resource utilization across the organization
  • The candidates should be able to lead a governance structure that supports effective executive decision-making, ensuring dependencies are exposed and mitigated to optimize program outcomes
  • The candidates should be able to identify change management opportunities that enhance program velocity and impact multiple teams, applying governance over change management processes to ensure they are implemented effectively
  • The candidates should be able to define and manage a program portfolio that addresses business challenges, solving problems and delivering solutions that have a significant impact on the organization and product area
