Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed Grade 12
Experience: Candidates should have plus four years of recent experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to type 45 words per minute and have advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with others and possess the physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • The candidates should be available to work Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:30 and rest days on Saturday and Sunday
  • The candidates should be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including the ability to lift weights up to 10 kg

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • The candidates should have strong organizational skills to manage work efficiently and operate related equipment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assess and plan staffing requirements to meet operational needs and processes within the Supply Chain Department, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to prepare, maintain, and post work schedules to ensure proper staffing and smooth operations within the department
  • The candidates should be able to perform timekeeping duties, accurately recording hours worked and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • The candidates should be able to maintain records on relief staff, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, availability for work, suitable work area, and hours worked, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for staffing
