Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Desktop applications
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to be accurate, maintain a strong client focus
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, stay organized
- The candidates should be able to multitask effectively, demonstrate honesty
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers, consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- The candidates should be able to provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- The candidates should be able to provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, manage incidents
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
