Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of prior product, customer support, and/or technical support experience, or possess equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong background in customer support and technical support services
  • The candidates should be analytical thinkers with the ability to diagnose and resolve business problems
  • The candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders, including internal engineering teams, external delivery partners, data analytics teams, and others
  • The candidates should be suited for a role in Technical Support Advisory, bringing both technical knowledge and strategic insight to support engagements

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 4+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership and 3+ years of related experience
  • The candidates should be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including successfully passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
  • The candidates should have hands-on experience with system development, network operations, and software support, consulting or technical troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure timely case resolution by driving engineer readiness through skills-gap analysis and alignment with product
  • The candidates should be able to perform case reviews and customer wellness checks while ensuring process compliance and progression of complex technical cases
  • The candidates should be able to mentor engineers to enhance collaboration across teams, technologies, and lines of business
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to customer self-help and volume deflection by identifying pain points and producing troubleshooting guides or readiness content, collaborate with stakeholder teams to deliver feedback for product and process improvements
  • The candidates should be able to manage release and readiness activities by ensuring communication, timing, and monitoring are consistently executed, partner with training development and knowledge content teams to prioritize and manage team-identified
  • The candidates should be able to drive workflow process and policy improvements aimed at enhancing customer experience, monitor and evaluate performance, support readiness, and improve support quality within the Delivery Partner ecosystem
  • The candidates should be able to anticipate customer and advocate needs, taking proactive steps to meet and exceed expectations, recognize key customer issues and either create or facilitate the development of solutions to address them
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with peers to leverage shared successes and build on them, communicate and network effectively, including influencing others and building trusted relationships with third-party suppliers
