Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be well organized with the ability to maintain accurate records, be detail oriented in all tasks
- The candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be self-motivated and proactive
- The candidates should be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to safely climb a ladder
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate strong planning, judgement, and decision-making skills, maintain efficiency, organization, and neatness in their work
- The candidates should be able to cope with changing situations on the sales floor, ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders, especially when handling cash responsibilities, possess some computer and cash register skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, and monitoring expiry dates
- The candidates should be able to maintain store standards in alignment with current image and trend expectations
- The candidates should be able to ensure product displays are consumer-focused and easy to shop and achieve daily sales targets
- The candidates should be able to present a clean and professional image to customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code, take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the cosmetics market, provide excellent customer service using strong interpersonal skills
