Experience: Candidates should have experience as a Financial Planning Specialist. LLQP or STEP designations

- The candidates should be able to offer expertise in strategies and solutions for clients, including retirement planning, goal planning, wealth protection, major purchases, succession planning, and tax planning
- The candidates should be able to stay updated on the economic and financial environment, market conditions, legislative changes, and product platforms
- The candidates should be able to provide expertise in serving high-value clients with unique financial analysis and planning needs for both short-term and long-term financial goals
- The candidates should be able to promote financial planning strategies to support Investment Advisors in asset gathering and retention through product sales and client referrals
- The candidates should be able to support market activities aimed at developing new external business sources and prospects
- The candidates should be able to assist Investment Advisors in client annual follow-up meetings related to financial planning
