Panorama Mountain Resort is a premier ski and outdoor adventure destination in British Columbia’s Purcell Mountains. It offers world-class skiing, snowboarding, golf, and year-round recreation, along with ski-in/ski-out accommodations and dining. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completed secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience related to hot tub and pool care and maintenance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to use basic hand tools and be mechanically inclined and be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to update the Pools Facility Supervisor on hot tub and pool equipment failures using daily and historical data
- The candidates should be able to perform daily opening procedures for pools and hot tubs, including water testing and chemical adjustments
- The candidates should be able to ensure all daily mechanical and chemical logs are accurately maintained
- The candidates should be able to complete daily opening and closing procedures for all pools and hot tubs, including weekly checks
- The candidates should be able to manage the chemical inventory and ensure proper distribution to required areas
- The candidates should be able to provide feedback and ideas to enhance the pool experience
- The candidates should be able to identify and address any shortfalls in pool conditions or staffing in the absence of the Supervisor
- The candidates should be able to ensure all safety standards are followed and respond promptly to guest and management requests
- The candidates should be able to perform preventative maintenance and small repairs on hot tub and pool mechanical equipment using hand tools
- The candidates should be able to ensure all pool area grounds are cleaned to the highest standard before opening
