Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Industrial, commercial and institutional
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional
Own tools/equipment:Â Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials:Â Personal protective equipment (PPE) training, forklift operator certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate, first aid certificate, fall arrest protection training course
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared to work outdoors and be capable of working at heights
- The candidates should be aware of potential dangers in the work environment, including cold or refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be experienced in handling repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
