Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have the ability to do multitasks
- The candidate should be accurate and have excellent oral communication
- The candidate should have to be organized and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to prepare journal entry and manage accounts payable
- The candidate should be able to review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments and spending patterns
- The candidate should be able to perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
- The candidate should be able to perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
- The candidate should be able to perform general office duties and prepare reports
