Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

  • The candidates should be adept at multitasking, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills in handling diverse responsibilities
  • The candidates should be client-focused, possessing excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction and prioritize client needs
  • The candidates should showcase their ability to work collaboratively as team players, contributing positively to team dynamics

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., showcasing their organizational skills in event management
  • The candidates should determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring efficient workflow within the workplace
  • The candidates should schedule, confirm appointments, and handle telephone communications by answering calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should demonstrate their multitasking abilities by ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and greeting people while directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should showcase their administrative prowess by setting up and maintaining both manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should exhibit strategic thinking as they plan, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should leverage their negotiation skills to secure collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
