Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Social Media, accounting software, and MS Office

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently to manage time effectively
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls promptly and relay messages accurately and professionally
  • The candidates should be able to respond to electronic inquiries promptly and courteously
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information accurately for analysis and reporting purposes
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet organizational needs
