Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet, Internet

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work overtime when required
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods if necessary and work under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus and demonstrate dependability, reliability, and flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules
  • The candidates should be organized in managing their responsibilities and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • The candidates should be able to offer general information about points of interest in the area, process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, assist clients/guests with special needs, contact customers for wakeup calls, and provide customer service
