Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ is a celebration of Vancouver’s cultural diversity and natural environment. We showcases ingredient lead Korean cuisine that demonstrates the high quality meat and relentless drive for BBQ perfection. We provide traditional Korean style food which is slightly spicy Korean style fried chicken. We have efficient and well-trained staffs. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $28.00 to $30.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to create new recipes, instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods and also requisition food and kitchen supplies
- The candidate should be able to maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
- The candidate should be able to supervise cooks and other kitchen staff and also recruit and hire staff
