Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, manage training and development strategies, answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and oversee payroll administration
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, conduct research, perform data entry, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and conduct performance reviews
