Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Drive, and Electronic mail
Area of specialization: Reports and records and Project management
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and managing a large caseload
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail, be able to perform repetitive tasks, and handle a large workload with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, exhibit good judgement, and be organized
- The candidates should be a team player, accurate in their work, and have a client focus

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and train other workers
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to advise senior management and assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
