Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 25 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time leading to full time
Location: 38 Marr Road Rothesay, NB E2E 3K6
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Technical terminology: Business
Area of specialization: Correspondence and invoices
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, electronic mail, and MS Outlook
Security and safety: Confidential security clearance

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, perform data entry, and provide customer service
