Harinder Dail Notary Corporation certify documents, authenticate, and prepare affidavits as required so that you can file your documents with regulatory bodies such as government agencies and the courts. We strive to provide honest and professional legal services in the area of property transfer, wills and estate planning, contracts and various notarizations. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree certificate
Experience: Candidates should have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
  • The candidate should be required to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication skill.
  • The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be someone who can be relied on.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met and also Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidate should be able to Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services and also Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • The candidate should be able to Delegate work to office support staff and also Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
