Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of completed Grade 12
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2 years of Ambulatory, Outpatient Clinic experience within the last 4 years

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a post-secondary Business, Office Administration, or Unit Clerk Diploma, Certificate, or a combination of education and applicable experience suitable to the employer
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy and proficiency in intermediate computer and keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Testing may be administered
- The candidates should have proficiency in working with Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar bookings, and other Windows Office Suite programs. Testing may be administered and strong attention to detail
- The candidates should provide examples of being self-directed individuals with strong interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have familiarity with Netcare and Microsoft Office programs, Connect Care Registration Basics, Schegistrar, and Referrals
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate transfer equipment until job duties are completed
