Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Construction specialization: Roads and bridges
Type of industry experience: Road construction

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and able to tolerate working in hot temperatures.
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be comfortable with dusty conditions
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and comfortable with repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and possess good hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt
• The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
