Salary: $24.10 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Contracts, Invoices, Reports, and records
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines while demonstrating attention to detail
  • The candidates should be prepared to handle a large caseload while demonstrating attention to detail and being capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work, demonstrate a focus on client needs, and be dependable
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and be organized
  • The candidates should be reliable, able to work well as part of a team, and have the ability to multitask

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a filing system, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
