Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience working in a customer service-related environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The candidate should have experience working with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Xplor Recreation
- The candidate should be prepared to provide a satisfactory criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening, dated within the last 30 days, if they are a new hire or have not previously performed in this position
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to process pass and membership sales accurately, coordinate and manage facility rentals efficiently
- The candidate should be able to complete program registrations using appropriate systems
- The candidate should be able to use both Recreation Software and POS systems effectively
- The candidate should be able to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and potential customers both over the phone and in person
