FatBurger based in Victoria, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Assistant manager, restaurant. FatBurger is known for its burgers made with 100% pure lean beef, cooked to order and topped with a variety of toppings and sauces. Our restaurant also offers other menu items, including chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, and milkshakes. We are committed to using high-quality ingredients and providing a unique dining experience for our customers. Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, flexible, reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to recruit, train and supervise staff
