Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
- The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- The candidates should be able to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
- The candidates should have competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the company’s loyalty program
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and all products are in stock
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have proficient computer knowledge, with Microsoft products (Word, Excel), GED, which is preferred, but not required for those with
- The candidates should have a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during the course of employment
