Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in the retail industry

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work schedule will be determined based on store operational needs
  • The candidates should have the ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in team management and possess good leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations and, in the absence of the Store Manager, act as the Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that company rules and regulations are explained, understood, and followed by all team members
  • The candidates should be able to conduct inventory counts promptly and accurately to ensure proper resupply of goods
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that established merchandising practices are followed
  • The candidates should be able to participate in recruitment and training activities for new employees
