Requirements:

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience, ideally with a Tier 1 Packaged Goods organization or within a Mass Retailer
- The candidates should possess solid business acumen and experience working with a P and L and financial business cases
- The candidates should have a proven ability to formulate recommendations based on robust amounts of data and provide a strong assessment of risk or opportunities that consider multiple variables
- The candidates should have a proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders and strong project management skills and experience
- The candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CONTEXT, CATEGORY, COMPETITION, CONSUMER, CHANNEL, and COMPANY analysis and leverage multiple data sources to develop key insights and and quantitative research to understand brand health and consumer segmentation
- The candidates should be able to evaluate brand health and portfolio architecture to prioritize investments and resource allocation and lead brand creation for select portfolios, including foundational development and acquisition integration
- The candidates should be able to evaluate and refine brand elements (positioning, consumer target, brand DNA) to ensure future relevance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve short-term and long-term performance targets
- The candidates should be able to understand P and L leverage points and implement tactics to deliver financial plans and monitor brand performance and develop action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities and manage payment processing and tracking to align with operating expense management and define innovation strategy in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development
- The candidates should be able to conduct needs assessments, opportunity identification, and concept development and take ownership of the Owned Brand Assortment Plan (OBAP) through milestone and line review processes
- The candidates should be able to develop packaging strategy briefs and align with internal packaging teams and evolve Visual Brand Identity for product and packaging design and align with Strategic Marketing on seasonal pushes and communication strategies and determine promotional strategies to meet brand, consumer, category, and channel objectives
- The candidates should be able to define compelling claims for packaging in partnership with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Insights lead the development and support the presentation of the Integrated Brand Brief
- The candidates should be able to create targeted “sell stories” for Merchandising, Dealers, and International Partners and demonstrate effective project management skills by leading multiple projects and initiatives and engage with cross-functional partners in post-campaign tracking and result analysis to refine future strategies and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to ensure effective communication of program details, brand objectives, and results among key stakeholder groups and gain insights on consumer pain points and opportunities through market tours, store visits, and competitive shops
