Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan
- The candidates should be able to ensure clients’ investment, financial, and credit-related needs are met by providing a comprehensive retail banking offer or making a formal introduction to the appropriate Imperial Service and Business Banking colleagues
- The candidates should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients they are valued and connected to their communities
- The candidates should be able to grow their network, deepen existing relationships, and work as a team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
- The candidates should be able to create relationships by networking with clients’ families and friends to uncover opportunities and refer them to appropriate partners
- The candidates should be able to call both existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for future growth and revenue
- The candidates should be able to engage in community and banking center events such as business development events, client acknowledgment programs, and client appreciation days to enhance the organization’s presence and gain market share
- The candidates should be able to leverage technology by becoming technology experts and introducing clients to mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking
