Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Supermarket/grocery store, Supermarket or bakery department and Bakery

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be skilled at working under pressure
- The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks and experienced in handling heavy loads, as well as physically fit to handle demanding tasks
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations
- The candidates should be highly organized, exhibit reliability in their work, and be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment, or delivery, obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, and stock shelves and display areas
- The candidates should be able to keep stock clean and in order, price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list, and perform general cleaning duties (i.e., sweeping, mopping floors)
- The candidates should be able to engage in order picking, provide customer service, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
