Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or other related degree and/or work-related experience)
Experience: Candidates should have experience in Industrial PLC, especially with Rockwell Control Logix platforms
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have a proven track record and experience of excellence in PC&IS delivery, troubleshooting, and startup
- The candidate should possess knowledge and experience in Industrial PLC, especially with Rockwell Control Logix platforms, which is highly beneficial
- The candidate should have the ability to lead and drive development efforts on production lines with equipment understanding to maintain ongoing performance after development
- The candidate should work in partnership with Product Research, Product Supply, Engineering, PC&IS, Global Material Supply and Delivery Organization, Manufacturing, Launch, and other key technical partners to deliver breakthrough results
- The candidate should utilize personal skills, technical expertise, and resources to identify key risks for any change and develop and execute plans to mitigate those risks
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to successfully work with the multi-functional team, including both internal and external partners
- The candidate should engage in high levels of collaboration required to develop the process from Front-End-Engineering through Startup and Launch
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, being able to clearly articulate conclusions and recommendations coming out of test runs, summary data, and benchtop experiments
- The candidate should have good observation, thorough documentation, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- The candidate should exhibit prioritization and high capacity, as part of a high-performing organization with a heavy portfolio of upcoming changes
- The candidate should fit within the organization culture, be able to flow to work, innovate, jump in to help, and get it done with urgency
- The candidate should be capable of handling multiple priorities based on shifting business needs
