Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Safety equipment/gear, Hard hat, Steel-toed safety boots

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, and be capable of working effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards

Other Requirements:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures effectively, coordinate activities with other work units or departments efficiently, and prepare and submit reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed, resolve work-related problems promptly, and train workers in duties and policies comprehensively
  • The candidates should be able to arrange training for staff members appropriately, coordinate, assign, and review work assignments systematically, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization meticulously
