Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring high-quality food production
  • The candidates should be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining a sanitary and hazard-free environment
  • The candidates should be able to train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, providing guidance on techniques, recipes, and safety protocols to ensure consistent food quality and adherence to standards
  • The candidates should be able to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations and minimize waste
  • The candidates should be able to clean kitchen and work areas thoroughly, following sanitation standards and procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe environment for food preparation and service
