Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer, willing to travel regularly, and valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Pressure washers
Cleaning experience: Brick and stone building exteriors, siding and eavestroughs, and windows 
Credentials: Working at heights training
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work at heights
• The candidates should be prepared to work in wet or damp conditions and able to work effectively in noisy environments
• The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be capable of standing for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their duties and be team players, fostering collaboration and cooperation
• The candidates should prioritize punctuality in their attendance and tasks

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to supervise crew members and document work completed
• The candidates should be able to climb ladders or operate hydraulic buckets when working aloft on poles and towers, or work in confined spaces such as trenches and tunnels to install power lines and cables and associated equipment
