Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and cellular phone 
Security and safety: Bondable, criminal record check, and driving record check (abstract)

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be comfortable working in dusty conditions
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and working effectively under pressure
• The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess hand-eye coordination skills for precise tasks
• The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and be available for overtime work when required
• The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) comfortably

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently
• The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth operation
• The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants at construction sites following safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• The candidates should be able to remove rubble and debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
• The candidates should be able to tend to machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are fed and operated correctly
• The candidates should be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints to understand construction plans and specifications
