Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be able to handle large workloads and large caseload
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and be someone who can be dependent on
- The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills and work in a flexible environment
- The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidate should have interpersonal awareness and judgement skills

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to interview clients to assess their situation and determine the types of services required and eligibility
- The candidate should be able to plan programs of assistance for clients
- The candidate should be able to refer clients to agencies that provide financial assistance, legal aid, housing, medical treatment and other services
- The candidate should be able to apply for social program funding
