Work setting: Supermarket/grocery store
Supervision: 5-10 people, 11-15 people, 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be adaptable, collaborative, efficient, hardworking, client focus, organized, flexible, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties
- The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
