Salary: $15.25 hourly for 32 to 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Weekend

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable standing for extended periods

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures
  • The candidates should be able to take, cancel, and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and offer general information about points of interest in the area
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service
