Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of 12th grade of school including business subjects related to word and information processing
Experience: Candidates should have two years of diversified word and information processing experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to prioritize work within a high-volume, multi-project environment
- The candidates should have demonstrated ability to assist in the instruction of less experienced staff
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have completed the or have completed an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school
- The candidates should be able to maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive, audience-driven reports
- The candidates should be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) and excellent customer service skills
- The candidates should be adaptable to the introduction of new tracking software (SAP and CRM and embrace a culture of equity, diversity, reconciliation, and inclusion

- The candidates should be able to undergo a Criminal Record Check satisfactory to the City of Edmonton
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to create and manage Google spreadsheets of data and develop this data into graphics for reports and presentations
- The candidates should be able to review and process invoices, prepare cheque requisitions, and create purchase orders
- The candidates should be able to serve as a front-line point of contact for internal inquiries and review and process tickets
- The candidates should be able to prepare letters, invitations, mailouts, and promotional materials
- The candidates should be able to coordinate meeting logistics and staff training requirements
