Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Driveways, Industrial, commercial and institutional, Residential, and Sidewalks and curbs
Equipment and machinery experience: Bobcats, Concrete vibrators, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Air guns, Nail guns, Drills, Trampers (Jumping Jack), Chain saw, Compactor, Forklift, and Sledgehammer
Credentials: Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handle physically demanding tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, be capable of handling heavy loads, and have strong attention to detail
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, be willing to work overtime as required, and be experienced in weight handling
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and dependable
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, be reliable, and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
