Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years related experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
  • The candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Visio, PowerBI, Project Professional, and Teams
  • The candidates should have experience in leading vendor teams in developing and launching scalable programs leveraging technology, tooling, and business processes
  • The candidates should have 7+ years of experience in construction project management of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities
  • The candidates should hold degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or possess similar experiences
  • The candidates should demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The candidates should have construction health & safety knowledge, with OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred
  • The candidates should have experience working on data center projects
  • The candidates should have an understanding of data center topologies or possess an equivalent mission-critical facility background
  • The candidates should have analytical skills with the ability to extract and summarize large, complex data from multiple databases and systems
  • The candidates should be team players with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership teams in driving process improvement and efficiencies

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and approve General Contractor Project Quality Plans
  • The candidates should be able to oversee, train, and counsel project quality staff to ensure consistency in auditing and execution against Microsoft project quality specifications and standards
  • The candidates should be able to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment by collaborating closely with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to address quality issues and ensure necessary modifications are made to keep to budget, schedule, and scope for improved project delivery and able to agree to a quality audit plan in accordance with Microsoft specifications
  • The candidates should be able to execute project audits and ensure audit goals are met and able to consolidate, analyze, and report key audit data regularly to ensure compliance and conformance
  • The candidates should be able to identify areas for improvement and use disciplined problem-solving techniques to implement and correct/prevent non-conformance. They should also improve process control through improved process capability and error-proofing
  • The candidates should be able to document, aggregate, and report audit results, issues, lessons learned, and recommendations for corrective actions
  • The candidates should be able to prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformance and audit outcomes in a clear and accessible manner
  • The candidates should be able to analyze and evaluate quality metrics of construction projects and provide data-driven insights to support process adherence and conformance
  • The candidates should be able to stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction and quality
  • The candidates should be able to continuously improve quality control procedures and protocols for region-wide change management and identify opportunities for process efficiencies within the audit and quality control workflow
  • The candidates should be able to provide training and support to stakeholders on quality control processes, specifications, and best practices
  • The candidates should be able to identify defects, data inconsistencies, and areas for improvement to ensure consistent quality delivery
