Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a two-year Diploma in Business Administration
Experience: Candidates should have at least four years of progressive experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and work effectively as a team member

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have previous supervisory experience and should be proficient in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Content Server, and Microsoft Access
  • The candidates should have a working knowledge of The City’s organizational structure, corporate processes, and policies
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills and possess strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings, and preparation of meeting materials
  • The candidates should be able to attend divisional meetings and accurately record minutes
  • The candidates should be able to lead a team of administrative professionals, including recruitment, selection, training, assignment of work, employee development, and performance management
  • The candidates should be able to research, develop, and implement administrative policies, processes, and procedures, including the regular review and update of existing protocols
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate with Facility Management on space-related issues for the business unit
  • The candidates should be able to act as the Business Unit Records Coordinator (BURC) for Government Relations
