Salary: $1,200 to $1,300 bi-weekly (To be negotiated) for 75 to 80 hours bi-weekly
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Willing to travel, Travel expenses not paid by employer and Public transportation is not available
Work setting: Private sector and Health care institution, facility or clinic

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, Mac OS, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should excel at working under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of efficiently handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide services
  • The candidates should be able to operate the switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, record and relay information, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to send invoices, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges
  • The candidates should be able to monitor mobile radio or telephone, provide directory assistance, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, perform data entry, and provide customer service
