Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of  5 years or more

  • The candidates should be able to arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews effectively
  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget expenditures and work collaboratively with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages to the field
  • The candidates should be able to determine strategic planning for new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures related to sales
  • The candidates should be able to lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • The candidates should be able to organize regional and divisional sales operations, plan, direct, and evaluate activities of sales departments in various establishments
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, organize, train, and manage staff while also leading and instructing groups
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs efficiently
