Salary: $100% commission per sale for 30 to 40 hours per week Minimum wage is guaranteed
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: 565 Blvd. Saint-Martin O, Laval, QC H7M 1Y9, Canada
Shifts: Flexible Hours, 10:00 to 22:00
Transportation information: Own vehicle, willing to travel, willing to travel regularly, valid driver’s licence, and travel expenses paid by employer

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Presentation software, electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Suite, internet, and database software
Own tools/equipment: Computer, internet access, cellular phone, and office equipment and supplies

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be attentive to detail and handle weight efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player
  • The candidates should be flexible, demonstrate initiative, and be creative
  • The candidates should have a positive attitude and be dependable

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare sales or other contracts, administer sales contracts, and use sales forecasting software
  • The candidates should be able to promote sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients, and deliver sales presentations
  • The candidates should be able to assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services, and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • The candidates should be able to develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from the use of goods or services, and provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, and review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to record customers’ orders, deliver goods to customers, and show and describe goods or services
  • The candidates should be able to solicit sales and sell goods or services, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to arrange sales demonstration appointments, and contact potential customers by phone
