Shift: 35 to 40 hours per week
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a minimum Grade 12 diploma
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of two years of successful related experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should display a strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks to support the trust built with passengers, partners, and communities
- The candidates should show enthusiasm for contributing to the organization’s unique mission, whether through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support and be legally entitled to work in Canada
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate strong problem-resolution abilities
- The candidates should have previous airline experience and an understanding of crew duty regulations
- The candidates should have previous scheduling experience and possess administrative certificates, which would be considered an advantage
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure the crew is assigned to the appropriate aircraft for trips and notify crewmembers of schedule changes
- The candidates should be able to monitor pilot duty hours and ensure compliance with regulations and maintain and update the crew schedule effectively
- The candidates should be able to monitor passenger loads to ensure optimal internal crew utilization
- The candidates should be able to forecast crew requirements for each season to support recruitment planning
- The candidates should be able to maintain clear and necessary communication with all crewmembers regarding schedule changes
- The candidates should be able to utilize crewmembers efficiently to maintain operational reliability
- The candidates should be able to secure accommodations, including hotel and deadhead flight bookings
