Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be dependable
• The candidates should be flexible
• The candidates should demonstrate initiative
• The candidates should have good judgement
• The candidates should be reliable

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
• The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
