Corporate Benefits Division Inc. is an Ontario based multi-disciplinary corporate benefits consulting firm. We aim to be client’s organizations benefits champion through brokering pertinent information that will increase client’s knowledge and allow them to recognize their benefits plan as an asset not a liability. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Job Description:

Salary: $18.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time
Location: 260 Regina Road, Woodbridge, ON, L4L 8P8
Shifts: Day, Morning, 08:30 to 17:00
Work Setting: Urban area, business sector and insurance company


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset.
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Database software, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment and also work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail, perform repetitive tasks and also maintain tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, also work in a flexible environment and also work in an organized way
  • The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills, an excellent oral communication and also have an excellent written communication
  • The candidate should be punctual, a team player and also be someone who can be reliable


  • The candidate should be able to access and process information and also maintain records and statistics
  • The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and also receive and log complaints
  • The candidate should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • The candidate should be able to perform general office duties
